The role requires leading a team of Security Officers, enforcing badge procedures, and responding to incidents with strong report-writing and communication skills. The position demands prior security, military, or law enforcement experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work under demanding conditions with various safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of industrial security experience.
• Prior military or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency in developing records systems and secure processing requirements.
• MS Office proficiency with Word and Access.

Responsibilities

• Uniformed, armed position with rank insignia and duty gear.
• Lead and develop a team of Security Officers.
• Act as Training Officer for new staff and assist as Acting Officer-In-Charge.
• Perform security patrols, enforce badge procedures, and protect property.
• Prepare and review written reports (time cards, investigations, discipline).
• Coordinate with HR for coaching and documentation.
