Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid driver’s license is required per policy.
• A state, county, or city-issued security-related license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Experience with access control and badge procedures is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security procedures at a financial services location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and per site protocols.
• Conduct regular/unarmed patrols of facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor credentials; maintain logs and reports.
• Assist with maintaining an orderly environment by giving directions and reporting maintenance needs.
