You will receive elite training, supportive regional and area management, and opportunities for growth. The job emphasizes customer service, proactive reporting, de-escalation, and teamwork to meet site goals daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and able to obtain required permits.
• High school diploma or GED; basic computer skills.
• Customer service background preferred; security/military experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Control access at entrances/exits and conduct patrols.
• Report safety issues and suspicious activity in detail.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Work with team to meet site goals daily.
• Complete tasks and duties as assigned for the site.
