Middleton Place is seeking an Over-night Dedicated Security Officer to maintain a safe environment at the assigned location through vigilant surveillance and proactive intervention. The role focuses on access control and post orders, often working independently under the Branch Supervisor.

Key duties include monitoring for threats, performing hourly patrols with a visible lightbar, documenting activities, and promptly addressing incidents while following safety protocols and equipment checks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a functioning smartphone with data for reports.
• Must own transportation or reliable access to work.
• Strong observational skills are required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Weekends and overnights are required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor site for vagrants and security threats.
• Conduct hourly foot patrols of the premises.
• Document foot patrols with detailed reports.
• Respond to incidents following established protocols.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Regularly inspect and maintain security equipment.
