Job summary

The Chicago Athletic Association, part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt, is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests and staff at our downtown Chicago property. You will support safety procedures, file incident reports, and work predominantly the overnight shift, contributing to a secure, welcoming environment.

Ideal candidates are adaptable, reliable, and capable of teamwork. Prior security experience and the ability to work overnights including weekends and holidays are preferred.

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and walk moderate distances.
• Proficient in basic computer skills.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Must be able to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and security of hotel guests and employees.
• Follow safety standards and complete incident reports as required.
• Primarily assigned to overnight shift with occasional flexibility.
