Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• High School Diploma, GED, or GED completion within 6 months.
• 2 years of security experience required.
• Basic computer/tech skills.
• Customer service background preferred.
• Prior law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Ability to interact calmly and professionally with diverse people.
• Great attention to detail and alertness during shift.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screening including drug test and background check.

Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate when needed.
• Perform access control at entrances/exits.
• Patrol inside and outside client premises in various conditions.
• Interact with client employees and guests regularly.
• Identify and report safety issues or suspicious activity.
• Provide detailed written reports.
• Work in a team to meet site goals.
• Carry out similar tasks and duties as required for the site.
