Job summary

The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Security Guard to protect residents and colleagues during the overnight shift.

You will issue keys, patrol corridors and perimeters, monitor emergency systems, assist with transporting residents, and handle mail and packages. A high school diploma or GED and a background check are required; vaccination status may be requested. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience/training.
• Must pass extensive criminal background check, drug screen and MVRO.
• Vaccination status may be requested (e.g., MMR, varicella, hepatitis, flu, COVID-19).

Responsibilities

• Issue keys and monitor sign-in/out log in Plant Operations office.
• Patrol/secure corridors and perimeters; log incidents and activities.
• Monitor and respond to emergency security systems; prepare incident reports.
• Valet park and assist residents with transportation as needed.
• Handle in-house mail, packages, flowers, etc.
