Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have a current TB test on file.
• Experience as a school custodian or equivalent in custodial service is preferred.
• Knowledge and expertise in electrical repair, carpentry, and ground maintenance.
• Ability to manually lift up to 60 pounds.
• Desire to continue career improvement by enhancing skills and performance.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have reliable means of communication.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve the physical environment of the school.
• Address maintenance needs with minimal direction and support.
• Work under the supervision of the Property Services Supervisor and Principal.
• Supervise custodial staff of the assigned facility.
