Job summary

The role runs Wednesday through Sunday, with an hourly rate plus shift differential and the primary focus on sanitation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED and prior sanitation or food production experience, with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience in sanitation or food production environments.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, food safety practices and cleaning chemicals.
• Willingness to work an onsite schedule Wednesday through Sunday.

Responsibilities

• Monitor lines, perform line checks and support packaging operations.
• Rotate through multiple packaging and production roles during the shift.
• Package finished products to meet standards.
• Move materials with pallet jacks as needed.
• Collaborate with production, quality and maintenance teams.
• Sanitize processing and packaging equipment per safety standards.
• Clean freezers during defrost cycles.
• Clean equipment and work areas using approved tools and chemicals.
• Operate cleaning equipment to reach elevated areas.
• Document sanitation activities and report concerns.
