Job summary

PepsiCo in Silver City, NM is seeking a route sales delivery driver to serve local stores with enthusiasm. You will drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, deliver and check in orders, and maintain shelves and displays.

The role requires lifting up to 40 lbs, a valid driver’s license, and a willingness to start early with a flexible schedule. On-the-job training and opportunities for career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Have a valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to obtain other licensures as required by state law
• Be able to frequently lift 40 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

• Drive a PepsiCo truck on a route, serving local stores with care
• Deliver and check in orders with store teams (including collecting proof of delivery when needed)
• Unload product, stock shelves and displays, and rotate inventory to ensure freshness and quality for consumers
• Order product and maintain records throughout the day using provided tools (training provided)
• Build trusted relationships with store managers to grow sales, secure displays, and execute national and local initiatives
