Job summary

Methodist Specialty Care Center (MSCC) in Layfair, MS, seeks an experienced RN Shift Manager for the 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shift to lead nursing operations and ensure high-quality resident care.

The role requires current Mississippi RN licensure, at least 1 year of clinical nursing experience, and leadership or supervisory capabilities. ACLS/BLS are preferred; BSN is preferred and CRRN is a plus.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in Mississippi.
• Minimum one year of clinical nursing experience.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing operations during the assigned shift.
• Supervise, mentor, coach, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Coordinate daily activities and priorities with interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure safe, high-quality, resident-centered care and regulatory compliance.
