This 36-hour/week night shift role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients with renal conditions, coordinating care, and supporting multidisciplinary teams in a low-to-moderate acuity setting.

You will participate in evidence-based practice, ensure safety, and contribute to patient outcomes while aligning with hospital standards and policies.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited nursing program.
• Registered Nurse license in the state where you practice.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process.
• Lead efforts to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
