Job summary

Wentworth-Douglass Hospital is seeking an experienced RN for a full-time night-shift position on 3 South (Med/Surg, Tele, Bariatric). You will deliver high-quality patient care, collaborate with on-site educators, pharmacists, and LNAs, and help maintain low nurse-to-patient ratios while supporting patient safety and outcomes.

Requires an RN license, ADN or BSN, BLS, and 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience. A$5,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible full-time and part-time hires.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved nursing program and eligible for RN licensure.
• Current BLS required; ACLS/NRP/PALS preferred per unit needs.
• 0–1 year of clinical nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and monitor for adverse reactions.
• Record patient data, vital signs, and responses to treatment.
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to plan and adjust care.
• Maintain accurate, detailed nursing documentation and reports.
• Adjust treatment plans based on patient responses and conditions.
