The Hospital of Central Connecticut, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Registered Nurse for night shift (7:00 pm–7:30 am) with weekend and holiday rotation to join our medical-surgical teams.

Graduate RNs are encouraged to apply. The Nurse Residency program supports professional growth; benefits include tuition reimbursement up to $5,250 after six months, loan forgiveness, paid time off, health insurance, and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Associate's degree in Nursing required; RN licensure CT.
• One year of clinical experience with 1000+ hours preferred; nurse residency available.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based nursing care to a multi-varianced patient population.
• Develop and implement individualized plans of care with an interdisciplinary team.
• Ensure patient safety, quality outcomes and family education.
