Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery in Oregon for a 13-week assignment. The role requires current RN licensure in Oregon, BLS and NRP certifications, and ACLS/NRP within six months.

EFM training is expected after Labor and Delivery training. You will deliver direct and indirect patient care in the Family Birth Center, collaborate with physicians and the nursing team, and respond promptly to patient condition changes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Oregon.
• BLS and NRP certifications required.
• ACLS and NRP within 6 months of hire, EFM training once in Labor and Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct and indirect patient care in the Family Birth Center setting.
• Communicates with physicians, Nurse Manager, and co-workers about changes in patient clinical conditions.
• Responds quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Initiates the computerized Plan of Care on admission.
• Performs a variety of nursing duties, often changing tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
