Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers safe and appropriate care to patients according to the nursing skills inventory and age group served.
• Coordinates planning for nursing care with an interdisciplinary team and makes clinical decisions.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to achieve positive patient outcomes.
• Coordinates discharge and transfer plans for patients.
• Participates in program evaluation and ongoing quality improvement.
• Promotes compassionate, personalized patient experiences and adheres to standards.
