Job summary

Adventist Health Simi Valley is seeking an experienced RN to join our Float Pool on the night shift in Simi Valley. This full-time position offers opportunities to provide high-quality, flexible bedside care across units, with a focus on patient safety and continuity.

You will deliver coordinated nursing care, supervise and coordinate activities of nursing staff, and collaborate with other disciplines while applying clinical judgment and the nursing process in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Qualifications

• BSN preferred
• Acute care facility experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Delivers coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
• Supervises and directs the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, and coordinates care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment.
