Job summary

UCHealth Highlands Ranch Hospital in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Night Shift RN for the Surgical Specialties Unit. This full-time, on-site role offers a pay range of $35.29–$54.71 per hour, with a quarterly night shift incentive program.

The nurse will provide direct patient care using the nursing process, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support precepting for new staff. Requires RN licensure, BLS/CPR, and at least 6 months of RN experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program; RN licensure required.
• State licensure as RN.
• 6 months RN experience.
• BLS/CPR certification through AHA or Red Cross; valid through start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
• Precept/new staff and mentor others in a fast-paced clinical environment.
