AllHealth Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Acute Care Campus (ACC) on nights in Littleton, CO. The role covers ATU and CSU units, delivering safe, recovery-oriented care with strict regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with current Colorado license.
• Experience in physical and/or behavioral health settings.
• Ability to perform nursing assessments and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient behavioral health nursing services including interventions, mental status exams, crisis management, medication administration, and coordination with pharmacies.
• Coordinate physical and behavioral health care needs and ensure seamless service integration.
• Ensure accurate documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Assist with admission/discharge decisions based on medical necessity.
• Engage in team-based care to improve client outcomes.
• Monitor client safety and respond to urgent situations.
