Qualifications

• Associate's degree preferred in Human Services or related field.
• At least six months of relevant experience, or two years in human services.
• Familiar with gender-responsive, trauma-informed approaches.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision and daily care for girls in a residential setting.
• Counsel and group-advise youth, modeling pro-social behavior.
• Maintain daily activity logs and prepare progress reports.
• Support family visits and crisis intervention when needed.
• Assist with transportation, safety, and crisis response planning.
