Job summary

The Home Depot is seeking a Night Replenishment Manager to join the store leadership team in Great Falls, MT. This role oversees freight handling, unload, pack out, and pack down processes, while coaching associates on policies and safety.

The NRM may act with limited supervision, making store decisions in line with SOPs and leadership direction. Responsibilities include driving overnight efficiencies, supervising replenishment activities, and ensuring the store is ready for the Grand Opening.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Experience in retail or store operations is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-the-moment coaching and performance feedback to associates.
• Oversee nightly replenishment, unloading, packing and setup to meet store standards.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed; enforce PPE, safe lifting, and hazard reporting.
• Perform closing and manager-on-duty responsibilities, coordinating with store leadership.
