Job summary

Schneider National is seeking CDL-qualified drivers for reefer trailer operations, including night driving and regional routes. Expect slow-speed maneuvers, complex backs, and a schedule with 6 loads per week across short hauls.

Drivers qualify for company-paid CDL training options, paid orientation, and a strong benefits package. Live within 70 miles of specified locations to be eligible for the program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class A CDL is required.
• Night driving will be part of the role.
• Candidate must live within 70 miles of Delaware, OH, Millbury, OH or Woodhaven, MI.

Responsibilities

• Haul reefer trailer goods and adhere to safety and regulatory standards.
• Perform slow-speed maneuvers, complex backs, and typical trucking duties.
• Drive within a 260-mile radius of Delaware, OH, with 6 loads per week and 1–2 stop-offs.
