Job summary

Qualifications

• Education and/ or Experience: HS diploma or GED with 1–2 years of recycling experience preferred.
• Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: CPR/AED/First Aid a plus; valid driver's license may be required; forklift and hazardous waste training may be needed.
• Knowledge, Ability, Skills: reading and interpreting instructions; strong verbal and written communication; safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules and company policies.
• Work in a team and perform repetitive tasks safely.
• Maintain clean work area and logs; support shift lead with punch lists.
• Operate with proper PPE and communicate professionally with staff.
