Job summary

Naniq Global Logistics is seeking a Ramp GSE Operator to support airport ramp operations in Hawaii. Responsibilities include loading/unloading cargo, marshaling aircraft, and operating ground support equipment through night shifts (9pm–5am). Maintain safety, coordinate with teams, and ensure secure equipment handling.

The role requires physical fitness and the ability to work irregular hours in a fast-paced environment, with a comprehensive benefits package and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Good hand-eye coordination and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with other ground personnel and flight crews.
• Flexibility to work in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures and adverse weather situations.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as airport operations are 24/7.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug and alcohol testing.
• Must pass drug screening and background checks, which include employer, customer, and/or SIDA background checks.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading/unloading cargo and mail onto aircraft, ensuring proper weight distribution and secure stowage.
• Marshaling and guiding aircraft using hand signals and visual aids during taxiing, parking, and maneuvering.
• Operate ground support equipment such as aircraft tugs, pushback tractors, and towing vehicles.
• Maintain safe handling and security of equipment during ramp operations.
• Report safety hazards or incidents promptly and maintain clear communication with ramp teams.
• Keep ramp area clean and free of debris and hazards.
