Job summary

Qualifications

• Completion of an ARRT-approved educational program is required.
• Registration with ARRT is required.
• If working in North Dakota, licensure with NDMIRT is required.
• If working in South Dakota, ARRT certification must be obtained within 60 days of hire.
• In Iowa, must have a permit to practice through the Iowa Department of Public Health.
• BLS certification within six weeks of employment is required.
• CNA certification may be required for some clinic locations within the first eight weeks of hire.
• Driver's license may be required depending on department.

Responsibilities

• Performs diagnostic imaging examinations on patients, ensuring quality diagnostic images.
• Operates equipment to produce images according to provider requests and guidelines.
• Ensures radiation safety and protection practices.
• Delivers patient care and education before, during, and after imaging procedures.
• Navigate the EMR system and perform additional duties as assigned.
