Job summary

Avera Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for Avera Marshall Hospital to perform radiographic and CT procedures and ensure high-quality diagnostic images. The role requires ARRT certification within 60 days and the ability to work the night shift as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will operate PACS/RIS/HIS EMR systems, maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and participate in training, quality improvement, and patient care initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or a certificate from an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• ARRT Certification within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures accurately and per standards.
• Initiate intervention when immediate attention is needed.
• Provide complete exam data for radiologist interpretation.
• Utilize PACS, RIS, and EMR systems and perform clerical duties.
• Archive images and ensure delivery to radiologist groups.
• Mentor staff and students and assist with rotations.
