Qualifications
At least two years experience as a Radiology Technologist in a hospital or emergency room setting.
Ability to learn to conduct quality control studies and use computerized radiologic equipment.
Responsibilities
Assist Physician and Registered Nurse with basic patient care.
Perform patient skill sets and diagnostic testing using x-ray and CT equipment.
Produce quality images for radiology interpretations.
Report lab and radiology results to the registered nurse and physician.
Skills
Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
Knowledge of x-ray technology trends
Basic computer knowledge
Education
Associate degree in Applied Science or equivalent with diploma/certification from accredited school of Radiology Technologist
ARRT Certification
