Job summary

Carilion Clinic in Roanoke, Virginia is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for night shifts. You will perform radiologic procedures, operate advanced imaging equipment, and work across ED, inpatient, and OR settings to deliver high-quality diagnostic images.

The role requires ARRT registry or registry eligibility, BLS-HCP, and strong teamwork. On-site at our Roanoke facility, with opportunities for education and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved School of Radiologic Technology.
• ARRT registry or registry eligible.
• BLS-HCP certification.
• Effective interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiologic procedures with ionizing radiation for diagnostic purposes.
• Operate CR and DR equipment and utilize PACS/EMR systems.
• Assist in Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Operating Room settings; provide trauma care as needed.
• Schedule, register, and manage patient flow; educate patients and obtain informed consent.
• Train students and staff as assigned; coordinate with radiologists and physicians.
