Job summary
Harrison Memorial Hospital in Cynthiana, KY is seeking a Radiologic Tech for the night shift. You will operate radiographic equipment, perform diagnostic imaging, and ensure patient safety under the Radiologist and Radiology Manager.
The position is full-time, 3rd shift (6p-6:30a, Fri-Sun). Applicants should be a graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program with ARRT certification and BLS. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
- Registered (or Registry Eligible) by ARRT and maintains a current state license.
- BLS certification required.
Responsibilities
- Operate radiographic equipment to produce diagnostic images.
- Position patients accurately with minimal supervision.
- Maintain quality control and safety standards in Radiology.
- Prepare and administer contrast media as needed.
- Provide instruction to Radiology staff and maintain records.
- Operate portable radiographic equipment across hospital units.
- Ensure ALARA principles are followed during procedures.
