MCC is seeking a Quality Management Technician or Quality Assurance Technician in Skokie, IL to conduct on-line quality audits, raw materials testing, and product testing, reporting results to support multiple departments and ensure specifications are met.

The role requires 2–4 years' experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. It is a 3rd shift position with a shift differential and a full benefits package.

Qualifications

• Two to four years' experience or related education.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Color vision, close vision, distance vision, and ability to focus.
• Standing, using hands to feel and touch; reach with arms and hands; talk and hear.
• Frequent walking; occasional climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching or crawling.
• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsabilités

• Perform audits per applicable sampling plans, shipping, converting audits.
• Data integrity and testing methodology standardization; non-conformance containment.
• Process capability testing and routine inspection of product.
• Maintain quality records and documentation (internal audits, calibration, training docs, non-conformances).
• Perform product inspection audits at set intervals to ensure standards are met.
• Create and manage color standards; assist with Process Control Plans and Product Specs.
