Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s or 2-year degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry or related field.

Responsibilities

• Conducts in-plant analysis and audits production/quality records.
• Collects samples for post-process measurements and external laboratory analysis.
• Administers sample collection per facility sampling program and reviews Finished Goods/Raw Material analyses.
• Inputs quality data and generates reports for other departments.
• Collaborates with R&D to ensure Finished Product Specifications are up to date.
