Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking an Overnight Public Area Attendant in Santa Fe, NM. You will maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all public spaces during the night, ensuring lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and guest areas meet the highest standards before morning operations.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in public spaces such as lobbies, corridors, restrooms, and other guest-facing areas throughout the overnight shift.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks during low-traffic hours to ensure all areas are refreshed and ready for morning operations.
• Monitor, restock, and organize cleaning supplies and amenities to maintain continuous readiness and efficiency.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to promptly address any cleaning, repair, or safety-related issues that arise overnight.
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and security procedures to ensure a clean, safe, and hazard-free environment at all times.
• Conduct routine walkthroughs of assigned areas to proactively identify and resolve cleanliness or maintenance concerns before guests arrive.
