Job summary

Adoration Health, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a Private Duty LPN to provide 1:1 patient care in Soddy Daisy, TN. This full-time night position requires LPN/LPT/LVN licensure, valid driver's license, CPR, and prior nursing or home health experience.

You will work nights with a pediatric caseload, including G-tube care, and a schedule of Mon/Wed/Thu/Fri 3:00pm-8:00pm and Sat/Sun 10:00am-8:00pm, offering opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• CPR professional certification is required.
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Home health care experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with proof of insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care following the client’s plan of care.
• Administer medications, feedings, oxygen, and ostomy care as needed.
• Document nursing actions and communicate with family, case manager, and physicians.
• Coordinate or order supplies, medications, and feeds as needed.
• Ensure all patient needs are met per physician instructions.
