Katsam is hiring a Night Porter / Sweeper Truck Operator to join our Dayton team. You will drive and operate state-of-the-art sweeper trucks, keep parking lots clean, and work independently during night shifts to protect and improve properties.

We value hard work, reliability and a strong work ethic. This full-time role offers competitive pay, outdoor activity, and growth opportunities within a stable, supportive company. Night shifts, weather readiness, and a clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Have a Class E driver's license (or are willing to obtain one) with a clean driving record.
• Can work independently at night with minimal supervision.
• Bring a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and pride in your work.
• Are willing to work in all weather conditions.
• Are physically ready to operate a sweeper truck and backpack blower, staying active on the job.
