Job summary

Nemours Children's Health in Wilmington, DE is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. This is a full-time night shift position in a 24-bed PICU within a Level 1 Trauma Center.

The role requires graduation from an accredited school of nursing (BSN preferred), Delaware or Multistate Compact license, and CPR certification. PALS/ACLS and CCRN are preferred credentials. A minimum of 2 years PICU experience is desirable.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Experienced pediatric intensive care nurse of at least 2 years preferred.
• Current Delaware or Multistate Compact License
• Must be CPR certified by the American Heart Association. PALS and ACLS preferred.
• Certifications: CCRN preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a 24-bed PICU in a Level 1 Trauma Center.
• Monitor critically ill patients and utilize advanced life support equipment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans.
