Job summary

Select Specialty Hospital - Laurel Highlands (inside Latrobe Hospital) is seeking a Nursing Assistant (NA/CNA) for per diem/PRN night shifts. Compensation is $20.00 per hour, plus a $1,500 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform bathing using basin-less bath products, oral hygiene, and care of hair.
• Assist with oral feeding and basic patient care.
• Participate in hourly rounds.
• Transport patients to and from treatment centers as needed and assist transporters with moving patients.
• Maintain cleanliness of bedpans, urinals, wheelchairs, and patient rooms.
• Maintain unit stock levels of supplies and equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
