Pediatric Home Service seeks a dedicated nurse to provide private duty pediatric care in Cheney, KS. You will work one-on-one with an infant patient, delivering skilled nursing in home and school settings, administering medications, and following care plans to support families.

Qualifications

• Provide skilled nursing care in home and school settings.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and communicate changes with the care team.
• Administer medications, treatments and prescribed therapies.
• Provide trach, ventilator, airway and G-tube care as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation and educate families.
• Follow individualized care plans and maintain a safe care environment.
