Job summary

Qualifications

• Acute care trained provider with an emphasis on pediatrics or experience in inpatient pediatric population.
• Prior inpatient pediatric experience required for success in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide overnight coverage for pediatric general surgery and trauma teams.
• Follow through on plans for patients, enter orders, and be primary contact for nursing and family questions.
• Attend traumas, facilitate discharges, and see consults and direct admissions.
