This full-time role requires basic life support and nonviolent crisis intervention within 30 days, a high school diploma, and a compassionate, detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 30 days of employment start date.
• High School Graduate / GED.

Responsibilities

• Watching patients with continuous focus to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Identifying risks and promptly alerting the care team to intervene quickly.
• Documenting patient activity and changes with accuracy and clarity throughout the shift.
• Safeguarding confidential information and honoring patient privacy.
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to foster compassion, respect, and teamwork.
