Job summary

Employment Solutions Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Packaging Assembler to support the manufacturing department in a clean room environment, packaging pre-filled syringes and vials with strict adherence to cGMP and SOPs.

The role involves operating labeling and packaging equipment, in-process sampling, and environmental monitoring, while maintaining accurate batch records and safety practices. Overtime may be required in a fast-paced facility.

Qualifications

• cGMP knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow and understand production records and procedures.
• Accurate documentation of production activities in batch records.
• Basic math and writing skills needed for records.
• Attention to detail in documentation.
• Operate a fast-paced manual assembly line with basic equipment.
• Ability to manually assemble components.
• Stand for up to 8 hours and lift up to 40 lbs, overhead work.

Responsibilities

• Perform in a clean room environment requiring gowning.
• Set up and operate labeling equipment for pre-filled syringes and vials.
• Set up and operate semi-automatic packaging equipment.
• Perform in-process sampling, testing, and inspection on the packaging line.
• Assist with cleaning and environmental monitoring of process rooms.
• Support needle cleaning setup/execution/cleanup.
• Ensure product quality adheres to specifications and SOPs.
• Respond to spills per safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
