Job summary

Bausch + Lomb seeks a Packaging Line Operator for the Tampa, FL facility. This full-time role covers Sunday to Thursday, 11:00pm–7:30am, operating packaging equipment, performing line clearances, documenting operations, and maintaining a clean, compliant production area to meet OEE targets.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, the ability to work quickly under pressure, strong documentation and math skills, attention to detail, and good English communication.

Qualifications

• Line clearance is required and must be maintained.
• Serialization procedures and LOTO compliance must be followed.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Operate automated and manual packaging line equipment.
• Maintain clean production area and perform line clearance.
• Document batch activities accurately and on time in batch records.
• Support GMP, ISO, and EHS training requirements and initiatives.
• Attend OpEx improvement initiatives and reduce costs where possible.
