Dairy Farmers of America is seeking a Relief Operator for the night shift in packaging. The role supports safety, quality, and production goals across the facility.

Responsibilities include working in multiple production areas, participating in safety and quality teams, and maintaining GMPs. Strong organizational skills and the ability to read, write, and speak English are important, with SAP experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• SAP software experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Work in any of the functional areas within the facility to support safety, quality, yields and productivity.
• Engage in problem solving to improve safety, quality, yields and productivity.
• Participate in focus teams such as safety and quality to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain safety and quality ownership with urgency in daily tasks.
• Adhere to EH&S programs and procedures for safe operation.
• Maintain process control by monitoring statistics and reporting variations.
• Perform quality monitoring and ensure documentation is complete and accurate.
• Daily cleaning of work areas and adherence to GMPs.
• Inspect equipment and complete preventive maintenance and documentation.
• Identify mechanical issues quickly and escalate to maintenance.
• Operate Filler and Retorts after training.
