Giant Eagle, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented individual to provide outstanding customer service at checkout and assist shoppers with shopping needs. You will ensure safety for customers and Team Members and contribute to a positive store environment by supporting an amazing team.

The role emphasizes efficient, accurate, and pleasant checkout service, with a focus on helping customers and upholding store standards. A supportive, collaborative workplace is offered.

Formación

• 0–6 months experience required.
• No High school diploma required."Education Desired" field indicates no diploma necessary.
• Candidate should be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Age requirement: at least 15 years old.

Responsabilidades

• Replenish products on the shelf and ensure fresh items are available.
• Ring up guests and complete sales transactions.
• Set up displays on the sales floor.
• Assist with light stocking and communicate stock issues.
• Unload deliveries to maintain back room efficiency.
• Follow procedures to meet out-of-stock goals.
• Return misplaced items to proper locations.
• Bag orders and assist guests at checkout.
• Provide exemplary customer service and greet guests warmly.
• Handle products and equipment per food safety guidelines.
• Promote an environment of diversity, inclusion and respect.
