Responsibilities

• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Achieve desired gross profit and productivity levels.
• Project sales, product movement, labor needs.
• Manage and motivate staff, recruit and train staff per policy.
• Manage cash and payment systems with safety as priority.
• Manage stock and merchandise; report as needed.
• Maintain equipment, fixtures, and store upkeep.
• Ensure health, safety, and security procedures.
• Communicate competitor activity to Store Manager.
• Attend meetings and contribute to policy.
• Establish daily work assignments and priorities.
• Receive and unload truck deliveries per guidelines.
• Conduct store closing procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping duties.
