• Oversee overnight freight operations and ensure safe, accurate pack out and pack down.

• Perform opening and closing MOD duties and enforce SOPs.
• Coordinate with NRMs and store leadership to implement sales strategies.
• Support training modules and performance management during NOASM-IT program.
