Job summary

Weatherby Healthcare is seeking locum tenens OB/GYN specialists for 12-hour shifts, primarily nights, with some day shifts available. Expect 10–25 patients per shift, 4–10 deliveries, 3–5 GYN ED calls, and 0–2 GYN surgeries. Three shift types include OB ED, OB Laborist, and Flex OB, with paid malpractice and travel/housing advance.

This role offers competitive compensation and round-the-clock support. Assignments are nationwide, with Weatherby’s experienced consultants guiding you.

Qualifications

• Deliveries, C-sections and GYN emergencies proficiency required.
• Experience handling OB/GYN emergencies is preferred.
• Ability to perform obstetric procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• 12-hour shifts -- primarily nights, some day shifts available.
• 10 - 25 patients seen per 12-hour shift.
• 4 - 10 deliveries per 12-hour shift.
• 3 - 5 GYN ED calls per 12-hour shift.
