Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia is seeking a Nursing Supervisor for Care Link on the nights shift. You will promote and maintain quality patient care, supervise nursing staff, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to ensure smooth patient flow across the department.

As the on-site hospital administrator after hours, you will assess administrator-on-call requests, participate in disaster plan activation when needed, and lead collaboration with staff to deliver safe, effective care.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program required.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain quality patient care with safety focus on the assigned shift.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate with Admissions and Bed Control to optimize flow.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate staffing on a shift-to-shift basis.
• Serve as designated on-site hospital administrator after normal hours.
• Assess administrator-on-call requests and activate the disaster plan when needed.
• Maintain communication with staff; apply nursing knowledge and leadership.
