Job summary

Saint Francis Health System seeks a Nurse Technician for the 5 West Medical Progressive Care Unit in Tulsa, OK. This full-time night shift (7p-7a) offers a $1,000 sign-on eligibility and requires CPR certification within 30 days of hire.

Minimum education includes a high school diploma or GED and completion of Saint Francis Nurse Technician Training or a CNA program. 0-6 months related experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to organize and prioritize work in an effective and efficient manner.
• Detail oriented in documentation of numerical data.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care to an assigned group of patients under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Performs procedural tasks and assists with ADL.
• Records treatments, vital signs, and I&O as required.
• Documents data according to unit/hospital policy and affects PI and education.
• Transports patients, supplies, and specimens as necessary.
• Maintains a clean and orderly patient room/unit and performs assigned unit duties.
