Job summary

Nodaway Nursing Home in Missouri is seeking an experienced LPN to join the evening shift and provide high-quality care to residents. You will administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document care, contributing to a compassionate and safe living environment.

You will collaborate with RNs and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, report changes promptly, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance overall care quality.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri LPN or RN license required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information
