Job summary

Methodist Richardson Medical Center, part of Methodist Health System, is hiring a Staff Nurse - 0635 for a 24-hour-per-week night shift (7 p.m.–7 a.m.). The RN provides high‑level nursing care in a fast-paced, patient‑centered environment, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and reporting to the Nurse Manager.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Texas RN license, BLS certification, and BSN preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Texas RN license.
• BLS certification; additional certifications as required by department.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with the team and patients; promote collaboration.
• Perform nursing care using the nursing process to ensure quality care.
• Supervise assigned team members and coordinate with multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and medication administration.
